• Children ove 6 years of age ( comlysory extra bed surcharge )
• Maximum two ( 2 ) childen $ two ( 2 ) adulst - comlysory extra bed sucharge as follows

- Two ( 2 ) children over 6 years of age - extra bed sucharge x 2
- Two ( 2 )Children under 6 years of age - Etra bed sucharge x 1

• Drive & Guide accomodation : Wil be provider by Royal View Hotel by priorarrangement only ,( F.O.C for bookings of 5 rooms or more)
• F.O.C rooms for group bookings is at the Hotel's discretion and subject to availability

Conditions of agreement :

• Rates are in US Dollars , inclusive of buffet breakfast , VAT and are non commisionable
• The rate listed above are negotiated based on standard qholesaler / retailer distribution. These negotiated rates are not to be distributed or given tho the guest withuot mark ups
• The rates listed above are not only applicable if reservation are made directy with ( and confirmed in writing by ) Royal View Hotel Sales Department
• Rates quoted are applicable to FIT & GIT ( group tour programs )
• The travel company shall under no circumstances offer accomodation at Royal View Hotel to third pasties at higher than the Hotel's published rate for the date of occupancy
• Royal View Hotel reserves the right to change terms and coditions in the contract withuot prior notice

Reservations :

• All reservation are to be directed to Royal View Hotel Sales Department
• A final rooming list is to be submitted to the Hotel for group above 10 pax at least 7 day prior arrival
• An official Reservation / Booking Request must be sent by Facsimile or Email to the Hotel This will be confirmed by the Hotel Sales Department and returned by Facsimile or Email

Cancellation policy :

• FIT - Cancellations are charges as follows

- Over 7 days notice - No Cancellation free
- Less than 7 days notice - Full charge fo fist night stay

• GIT - Cancellation are charges as follows

- Over 21 days notice - No cancellation free
- Less than 21 day notice - Full charge for fist night stay

No show policy :

• No show for GIT or FIT bookings will result in total charges for the whole stay

Payment :

• Payment in full prior to Guest Check uot for FIT / GIT
• Credit arragements can be nogotiaed with Royal View Hotel Sales Department
• For Bookings on pulic holiday sand the Tet Holiday , full payment 30 days in advance is required
• Bank charges and tranfer fees remain the responsibility of the agent and can not be reducted from the total invoice amount
• All rates are qoutes in USD , payment in VND are accepted , however are subject to the exchange rate fluctuations
